All prices listed on our platform are expressed in INR (Indian National Rupee). Prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notification. In the event of a pricing error or allocation mismatch, Artha Watches reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders prior to dispatch.

3. Milestone Commitment & Verification

Milestone allocations are subject to proof verification and daily tracking submissions. Submissions must adhere to our platform guidelines. Artha reserves the right to evaluate completed proof entries to unlock reward tiers and allocation certificates.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, watch design assets, artwork, logo representations, and interface content are the exclusive intellectual property of Artha Watches. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
