Shipping & Transit Guidelines

1. Transit Timelines

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours following order verification. Domestic deliveries across India typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the destination pincode.

2. Full Transit Insurance

Every Artha watch shipment is 100% transit-insured from our manufacturing facility to your doorstep. You will receive a tracking link via SMS & WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is handed over to our logistics partner.

3. Shipping Charges

We provide complimentary insured shipping across India for all allocated timepieces. Standard delivery charges, if applicable to specific promotional offers, will be transparently outlined during cart checkout.

4. Package Inspection & OTP Delivery

For high-value luxury security, deliveries require a secure One-Time Password (OTP) verification at the time of handover. Please inspect the outer tamper-evident seal before providing the delivery OTP.
