We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoices

• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Watches with signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
